1. Introduction

Welcome to CITY ORDER, Myanmar's premier food delivery platform connecting customers, restaurants, and delivery partners through our three dedicated applications:

  • City Order (Customer App)

  • City Restaurant (Merchant App)

  • City Delivery (Delivery Partner App)

By accessing or using any CITY ORDER services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Definitions

  • "Platform": The CITY ORDER technology ecosystem including all apps, websites, and services

  • "User": Customer ordering food via City Order app

  • "Merchant": Restaurant or food vendor using City Restaurant app

  • "Delivery Partner": Independent contractor providing delivery services via City Delivery app

  • "Order": A transaction for food/beverage delivery

3. General Terms for All Users

3.1 Account Registration

  • Must provide accurate, complete information

  • One account per individual/business

  • Accounts are non-transferable

3.2 Prohibited Conduct

Users may not:

  • Violate any Myanmar laws

  • Share login credentials

  • Use the platform for fraudulent activities

  • Harass other users or staff

  • Reverse engineer any CITY ORDER technology

3.3 Intellectual Property

All platform content, logos, and software are owned by CITY ORDER Myanmar.

4. Customer Terms (City Order App)

4.1 Ordering Process

  • Orders are binding contracts upon payment confirmation

  • Prices displayed are final including taxes

  • Menu availability is subject to change

4.2 Payments

Accepted methods:

  • Cash on delivery

  • Mobile money (WavePay, KBZPay)

  • Credit/debit cards

  • Bank transfers

4.3 Delivery

  • Estimated times are not guaranteed

  • Must provide accurate delivery address

  • Contactless delivery available upon request

5. Merchant Terms (City Restaurant App)

5.1 Order Fulfillment

  • Must accept/reject orders within 10 minutes

  • Responsible for food quality and accuracy

  • Must maintain proper food safety standards

5.2 Fees and Payments

  • CITY ORDER retains 10% commission per order

  • Payouts processed weekly via bank transfer

  • Must honor all advertised promotions

6. Delivery Partner Terms (City Delivery App)

6.1 Service Requirements

  • Must maintain valid:

    • Driver's license

    • Vehicle registration

    • Insurance (if applicable)

  • Must use proper food transport equipment

6.2 Earnings

  • Calculated per delivery + tips

  • Subject to performance metrics

  • Paid out [daily/weekly] via mobile money

7. Cancellations & Refunds

8. Disclaimers & Limitations

CITY ORDER is not liable for:

  • Food quality or safety issues

  • Delivery delays due to external factors

  • Technical issues beyond our control

  • Any third-party actions

9. Privacy Policy

All data collection and usage governed by our [Privacy Policy].

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms with 14 days notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Myanmar law. Disputes shall be resolved in Yangon courts.
